Middle School Registration

The Bloomfield Middle School will have registration for all students on Friday, August 12th from 9-12 and 1-5 in the Middle School Gym. New students will need to bring proof of residency, shot record, birth certificate and social security number. School pictures will also be taken. Order forms will be available at registration.
